Stock Availability

We will always do our best to ensure that you have your items delivered within the time frame we advise at the point of order. However, occasionally due to supplier or transport problems, some delays may occur. We will do everything that we can to both keep you informed, and to ensure you get your goods on time.

Conditions of Sale

Should you cancel this order after your deposit is taken, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply. We do not accept personal cheques. After the supply of goods, we are not obliged to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases. Goods will be held for a maximum of 7 days and storage fees will apply thereafter.

Delivery fee is for one delivery only. If no one is home to receive the delivered goods on the arranged day, a second delivery fee will be charged. Please pay any outstanding balance to us prior to delivery. Please check all goods carefully, as later claims for damage may not be accepted. Signature on receipt of goods must indicate if goods were received with any damage.


For 12 months from the purchase date, we warrant to rectify, repair or replace any defects in materials and workmanship on our range of custom made bed frames. This applies to framework and structure. Please see the manufacturer's label on your mattress for warranty details. All imported products carry a 12 month warranty.


All payments must either be made in full before delivery, or if a 30% deposit has been taken in advance, the account balance must be paid off at the point of delivery.

Payments can be made in the following ways:

  •         Cash
  •         EFTPOS
  •         Visa, MasterCard, Amex (3% surcharge for Amex)
  •         Direct deposit
  •         e-Gate

For security reasons, credit card payments made over the phone can only total up to 30% of the actual purchase. The balance must be paid in-store.

All custom made products must be paid for in full at the point of order.

Please note that we do not handle or store credit card information directly on our website.


Do not accept your order if it was damaged during delivery. We do not offer refunds to customers who lodge complaints about damages after they've signed for and accepted the delivered product/s.

Always check your order upon delivery, and contact us immediately if you notice any damages.


All customer details remain strictly confidential. These include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, and any financial details.

We will not pass on any personal details to third parties without first requesting your consent.
